Scottsdale Cocaine Rehab - Woman's Body Dumped in Ocean after Cocaine Overdose

Scottsdale Cocaine Rehab News - Police believe that a woman named Donna Jou who vanished almost two years ago may have died from overdosing on drugs at a party.
John Steven Burgess, a convicted sex offender, was charged yesterday with involuntary manslaughter for his involvement with the woman's death. Allegedly, Burgess gave Jou cocaine and heroin at a party he was hosting.
Witnesses saw Jou take the drugs, pass out in a chair, and die of an overdose. Burgess is suspected to have dumped her body in the ocean, but a corpse was never found.
Jou attended San Diego State University. She was last seen by her parents when she rode away on the back of a motorcycle with Burgess.
