Surprise Cocaine Rehab - A video tape captured by a hidden camera allegedly shows Ashley Biden, the daughter of Vice President Joe Biden, snorting cocaine.

Ms. Biden, 27, reportedly places a red straw in her nostril and snorts lines of white powder in the video. An anonymous man has attempted to sell the tape to the New York Post.

The man supposedly asked the newspaper for two million dollars for the video but later reduced his price to $400,000. Washington attorney Thomas Dunlap was representing the man but recently dropped the client.

The video was filmed at a party in Delaware last month. Vice President Biden has not yet commented on the film.
