Phoenix Cocaine Rehab News - Man Found with Cocaine in Tractor

In Phoenix cocaine rehab news, a Phoenix native pled guilty last week to the possession of 125 pounds of cocaine. The stash was discovered in the man's tractor-trailer when authorities pulled him over on I-44 in Missouri.
Mr. Daniel Miranda, age 49, pled guilty to Richard E. Dorr, a U.S. District judge, to the federal indictment charges. According to the U.S. Attorney's statement, Miranda was pulled over for a routine commercial vehicle compliance inspection on February 6, 2008.
When the highway patrol officers searched the trailer on Miranda's tractor, they discovered a newly built fake front wall. Behind the wall, officers found 57 one-kilogram packets of cocaine.
"Under federal statutes, Miranda is subject to a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years in federal prison without parole, up to a sentence of life in federal prison without parole, plus a fine up to $4 million," reports the U.S. Attorney's office.
